“Unfortunately this was the second time that we started the tour late with this company. This time the guide slept in. After a few minutes I went outside the bus asking why we‘re not leaving and I was told there was „an accident“ and the guide will be late. I asked them to communicate with the guests and to update them. Didn’t happen. So the guide Vahag had no accident but attended a wedding and slept in. I was to be honest quite angry about the fact that we were 15 minutes late. For this long tour. So far all guides called the guests friends. To be honest I kind…”

“this tour was good. Me and my girlfriend had a good time pickup time was accurate and quick, tour guide was very informative. however we felt that the time at each stop was very short to really experience and enjoy it. At Sharambeyan Street we were only were able to stay for 10 minutes, we weren't able to view the different souvenir shops or scenery. Approximately 30 for the monastery, 20 for lake paz, 10-20 for the deer farm, and 50 for lake sevan. longer stop time at each destination would have made this tour better 30 minutes at the very minimum but I at least suggest 45 to an…”

“The trip packs in a lot and is good value for doing a lot of things if you have limited time in Armenia or want to do a full day day trip from Yerevan . However, our trip included both Russian speaking and English speaking tourists , which means we had to wait for everything to be translated in both languages. Also, the choice of the ( extra ) paid lunch stop was totally useless. The worst food possible, would have been better to stop at a food court and order a quick à la carte lunch . The guide Tigran and driver were good .”
